Weekly Writing Retreat

The weekly writing retreat at the Gregson is a safe and welcoming place to share your ideas, chat about your work and have an hour of distraction-free writing.
Not only will it be a great way to focus on your writing, but it’s also a great opportunity to meet others who share your love of writing. The group is aimed at fiction writers (Ben Craft, the group’s lead, is writing horror fiction) but is open to anyone who needs an encouraging place to work.
Sessions will be informal and start with 15-30 minutes of discussion, followed by one hour of writing (or use the full 90 minutes to write, it’s up to you!). This will be a community writing group, open to all, and open to ideas/suggestions for improvement.
