Northern Yarn knitting and crochet group are a friendly and supportive group of wool enthusiasts. They meet every other week at the wool shop in town (Middle Street) and once a month at the Gregson. Whether you’re a beginner or a Fair Isle enthusiast, you’ll enjoy the atmosphere, just bring your project along and pull up a chair. Although this isn’t a class, there is always someone who can help if you’re stuck or need a bit of advice. Tips, techniques and inspiration a-plenty! The group sit and knit, crochet, spin, weave and laugh together – come and join in. Open to all – under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
