Adult Contemporary Dance Class

Age Range: All adults
Ability Level: All abilities welcome, no dance experience necessary

An opportunity, to dance, to move, to learn, to grow, but most importantly to have fun and build a community of like-minded souls.

This is a class for all abilities and Chloe wants to make the class as accessible as possible.  Participants can do as little or as much as feels right for them during the class.

The class is a space to try different types of contemporary dance styles, movement and story telling which the group will thread together to create group sequences.

Wear something comfortable that you can move in.  Cloe suggests wearing layers, to stay warm and be able to take them off as you warm up.  No special shoes are necessary; bare feet; trainers or jazz shoes are fine.  You may want to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
