We are incredibly excited to welcome German rock and psych pop band ACUA to the Gregson!

Having played more than 70 shows across Europe, Canada and Japan since 2018,  ACUA have built a remarkable reputation for infectious, hypnotic live shows.

Patrick (Vox, Guitar), Caroline (Drums) and Igor (Bass, Synths) operate in the space between retro and future, where they celebrate getting lost in their very own melancholic euphoria.

With their spacy guitars, energizing drums, reeling synthesizers and singing bass lines, ACUA have supported acts like FKJ, Darwin Deez, The Japanese House and OMNI as well as toured across Canada twice.

After visiting Japan for the first time in 2020, ACUA have released two successful albums on Papercup Records: 2020’s “Head Under Water” and 2022’s “Is There More Past Or More Future”.
