We are delighted that Lancaster Sewing Cafe host a Sew & Sow box with us here at the Gregson.
Maybe you need an extra bit of thread or button to mend your trousers. You have a packet of seeds you don’t have space for in your garden. Or you’re looking to borrow a wheelbarrow. Share your extra bits and bobs with the neighbourhood. Offer something up or put out the word you’re seeking something.
The Sew & Sow box at the Gregson is in the Yarden, next to our Plant Swap and available to access whenever we are open – so 7 days a week from 10am Mon – Fri and 11am on Sat & Sun.

If you need some thread, a button, a zip, a ribbon, look in the box to see what there is.
Help yourself to whatever you need.
Please donate any spare thread, wool, buttons, zips etc to the box.
No needles, pins or scissors, thanks.

You may find a packet of seeds you’d like
Please help yourself.
Please donate any spare seeds for someone else to use.
