Sound Bath Sunday – The Gold Dust
Sound Bath Sunday – The Gold Dust
Sound Bath Sunday – The Gold Dust
5 July @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
18+
All abilities welcome
The Gold Dust was created to offer spaces for people to really notice themselves.
Facilitated by Julie Meyfroidt Chapman, a qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner (Academy of Sound Therapy), a Meditation Guide and a qualified teacher (University of London). Over the last few years Julie has led meditation and healing groups for hundreds of people in the community.
Julie uses voice, crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, gong and other instruments to create vibrations, frequencies and sound waves that welcome the body and mind into a place of deep wellbeing and revitalisation.
If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along – and any blankets/cushions that will ensure you are as comfortable as possible. (I will bring some spares if not… just come along)
Please invite anyone who you feel would benefit from this incredible healing modality. There is now plenty of scientific research proving its efficacy:
‘Sound is the medicine of the future’ (Edgar Cayce) – come and be part of it.
These events are incredibly popular, to secure a place, please contact Julie directly as places are now limited to 20.
