Sessions for beginners + intermediates
Learn how to Salsa dance at the Gregson Centre, with a mix of LA and Cuban styles, Bachata, Merengue and strolls with bits of other dances to keep things interesting!
With great old school, vintage and modern Salsa tunes playing as you dance, Salsa is a fantastic way to exercise you both physically and mentally. Your teachers Anthony & Steph have over 20 years dance teaching experience and will always keep the sessions lively, exciting and authentic.
There are two sessions to choose from to suit different abilities, followed by a Salsa Social. Come to one or come to all!

You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. Easy Access Seats are always available at the side of the room if you want to sit out at any point.
These sessions often use flashing party lights.
Sensory advisory: Music played in the session can be loud.
Make a night of it – pop into our award winning Cafe Bar before the session (just make sure you give enough time for your food to go down!)
