About Anna:
“My name is Anna and I am a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist graduating with a BSc from the University of Manchester in 2005. I work between the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, the Queen Victoria Hospital and Versatile clinic as a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in Musculoskeletal conditions.
My passion for pilates began in my early twenties when I started practising it as part of my own core stability training. I have an active lifestyle but I particularly love triathlon, mountain biking and snowboarding and I was thrilled to see that pilates gave a huge boost to my sporting performance and injury prevention.
In 2006, having already experienced the benefits of pilates first hand, I decided to train with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). I am now a fully certified matwork instructor with additional qualifications in ante and post natal pilates and work hard to ensure that my skills are constantly evolving in order to deliver the most up to date pilates research.”
