Tai Chi & Qi Gong – Gentle Beginners Class

Tai Chi & Qi Gong – Gentle Beginners Class

2 November @ 10:00 am - 11:15 am
Event Series (See All)

All ages (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult)

All abilities welcome

Join the Lancaster School of Tai Chi Chuan for this gentle beginners class in the practice of traditional exercise forms from the Chinese Tai Chi and Qi Gong traditions, with an authentic teacher.

Learn static and gentle slow movement, posture, breathing and meditation exercises for developing power and improving and maintaining good health.

Mindfulness, awareness of mind and body and development of spirit is key to bringing about true relaxation and stillness, something that is much needed in the modern world and the stresses it imparts on our being. This class offers a potential way to a more relaxed, healthy and happy life with improved fitness, balance and confidence. All provided in a safe calm space.

Paul teaches Tai Chi Chuan of the Classical Yang Style as a holistic martial art and has been training for 31 years and teaching for almost as long.

Learning and participating in Tai Chi and Qi Gong traditions is a rare opportunity. Worldwide, these exercises have become diluted so that the true essence of authentic teaching has become difficult to find. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from an experienced teacher.
