Unleash your creativity in the cosy Gregson Bar.
Bring your project, if you have one, or use the textiles provided to practice embroidery and sewing techniques.
There will be material, embroidery threads and beads to start a fabric journal or make wall hangings.
No particular experience needed, there are so many simple ways to embellish any fabric or paper… and, if you are experienced come and show your skills.
Friendly group, great music (most weeks at this time live jazz is playing in the background) and good drinks. (Well, it is the Gregson…)

About Gabriella:
I’m from Rome and I have learned sewing, knitting and all that from my mother when I was little.
During the years (and there’s many of them) I have refined some crafts and learned some more, and I think it is very important to pass them on.
Additional Access Information:
Sensory advisory: Background music is played in our community Cafe Bar at all times and on most Wednesday’s there is live Jazz from 7-9pm. The space can get busy – you can use the ‘Popular Times’ feature on Google (scroll down and you will see this heading in the right hand column) which will give you an indication on business at different times. The Cafe Bar is lit by halogen spotlights in the side with the bar and the further room is lit by led lighting
