Making Time: Creative Practice Sessions
Making Time: Creative Practice Sessions
Making Time: Creative Practice Sessions
13 October @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
18+
Some prior experience needed
Making Time is a relaxed monthly art session for anyone who enjoys working independently in the company of others.
Bring along your own creative project and spend a couple of hours drawing, painting or exploring your own ideas in a calm, welcoming environment. Rather than a taught workshop, these sessions provide dedicated time and space to focus on your own practice, while sharing the room with other creative people.
There are no demonstrations or set projects, but you’ll have the opportunity to chat about materials, techniques, artists, exhibitions and creative processes as conversations naturally arise. If you have a question or would like some informal guidance, Helen is always happy to help.
Suitable for anyone with some prior experience who is looking to establish a regular creative practice, return to making, or simply enjoy working alongside others in a supportive, focused atmosphere.
Please bring your own materials. A small selection of basic shared materials will also be available.
