Community Boxing and Fitness is a fun and supportive group delivered by Active Lancashire and Red Rose Recovery. These sessions are targeted at people with experience of addiction however anybody that feels they could benefit from community based support is welcome to attend.

Participants will learn basic boxing skills through pad work and partner exercises while improving fitness through engaging circuits designed to build strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence. Sessions are suitable for a range of abilities, with opportunities to work at a pace that feels comfortable. Alongside the physical benefits, the group offers a positive space to connect with others, reduce stress, and support recovery through healthy activity.

No boxing experience is needed—just a willingness to get involved, have fun, and get moving. Sessions are delivered by Lancaster Boxing Club.
