Body Percussion; the musical instrument that you always have with you!
Join community musician Beth De Lange and explore the different sounds that can be made using just your body.
You will then explore some body percussion traditions from around the world, including South African Gumboot, American Hambone, Flamenco Palmas.
Wear loose fitting clothes and, if you have some, bring your wellies or your flamenco shoes!
