A warm and welcoming safe space for anyone who is grieving.
This group is here for you – whether you’d like to chat, connect with others on a similar journey, or simply spend some quiet time reflecting. You’ll find a relaxed environment with free refreshments, remembrance activities and caring members of the Preston Ireland Bowker team available to listen and offer support. This is small group held by staff with no pressure. You can come and go at any time – stay for the full hour or just pop in and say hello to find out more about how the group works.
